We cater for the needs of all children and aim to offer inclusive, engaging and enjoyable spaces and provide age-appropriate opportunities for growth and development for children of all ages, as well as include the needs and interests of the families and children.

Our Children:
Through our holistic approach to education, development, and well-being, we endeavor to ensure each child feels safe, secure, and supported whilst in our care. we aim to do this by creating strong relationships with each child, and encouraging and incorperating their input, ideas, and interests into our everyday practice, learning environments and curriculum. We believe each child is unique and should feel confident top be themselves and make their own decisions. we value each child as an individual and do our best to incorperate their individual interests, beliefs, and traditions in all areas of our practice. We encourage children to take an active role in setting their routines, learning environments, activities, and experiences provided by the service. We aim to ensure our families feel welcome and established respectful and reciprocal relationships in which each family feels valued and supported. We encourage and value open communication from our families and their input into all areas of the service and work with our families and support and value theirs and their children's beliefs and cultures and incorporate them where possible.
Our Educators:
We aim to build a knowledgeable and professional team who will work collaboratively to foster and value effective relationships, and to show fairness and equity in all dealings with children, families, and other community members to provide professional, nurturing, quality care. Our staff are dedicated to upholding our philosophy, policies, procedures, standards, and practices and maintain and actively seek wider knowledge on industry standards through regular professional development workshops, networking and research.

Our Community:
We aim to be active members of the community and believe "it takes a village to raise a child", meaning we intend to work collaboratively with our families, children, and local community to create a service that is inclusive, diverse, and welcoming to all. We incorporate community involvement in our daily practices to support our children's social and emotional development, as well as their understanding of the world around them.
Our Environment:
Our environment are age appropriate, inclusive, and supportive of an ongoing culture of sustainability and connectedness, we value both indoor and outdoor opportunities for learning and developing with a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment, to allow children the freedom to test their limits, and physical, intellectual, and emotional capacities.
We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional custodians of this land and pay our respects to the elders, Past, Present and Future in the Spirit of Reconciliation.
